4 Steps to Make a Chocolate Fondant

This week I am going to make a Classic French Dessert-Fondant au Chocolate
Normally called it Chocolate Fondant and also goes by different names as Chocolate Lava Cake, Molten Chocolate cake or Chocolate Fondant pudding.

It is one of the classic and popular desserts in France. It always served in some fancy restaurants in France, because it is all a matter of the timing, it must be served immediately to enjoy the pouring hot "lava" of dark chocolate. Normally, It serves with ice-cream, can you imagine the perfect combination between the two extremes just wonderfully melted into your mouth...

No wonder there is a rumoured description goes that Mona Lisa must have tasted the French dessert so that she could smile so gracefully.
If you are a chocoholic (especially, dark chocolate) like me, you must have try this dessert and you deserve it! The charm of this Chocolate Fondant lies in its warm and rich taste, which will definitely satisfied and sweeten up your mouth and stomach.

Please do not let the calories and fat things  prevent you from enjoying this must-have classic Chocolate Fondant. You can use dark chocolate replace milk chocolate, and add only 40g caster sugar in to the recipe, its all up to you.

Its really simple, all you need is just  5 ingredients ( Dark Chocolate, Butter, Eggs, Sugar and Cake Flour). Follow "Desert.S" 4 Steps directions and you will make a dedicated Fondant au Chocolate by your own!~
