Preparation:
Preheat oven to 160-170°C
A Cake Tin Prepared.
Bottom: (For the Crust)
Step1:Crush the 90g Biscuits. You can choose any kinds of biscuits you like, Oreos, Digestive Biscuits, chocolate biscuits.
Crush Techniques: plastic Bags + Rolling Pin
Put biscuits into a plastic bag, use rolling pin to roll up and down to crush into crumbs
Step2: Melt the 30g Butter
Step3:Combine crushed Biscuits and melted Butter, Mix well and Press into the Base of a Cake Tin, and chill for about 10 minutes.
Cheesecake (Filling):
Step1: Mix together and Beat the 250g Cream Cheese (Softened) & 60g Sugar in a Bowl, until smooth…
Step2: Mix in an Egg and Blending well, and add another Egg and Blending well. (Tip. Adding Eggs , must one at a time!) (Mixture 1) add Sour cream into the mixture and blend it well.
Step3: Divide the Mixture 1 into two portions by pouring 50g portion into another bowl.
Step4: Melt 25g Dark Chocolate and add in to the 30g remaining Mixture1.(Mixture 2).
Step5: Spread the Cheese Batter (Mixture 1) in to the Bake Base.
Step6: Drop the Chocolate flavored Batter (Mixture 2) by spoonfuls onto the top. Swirl with a Skewer/Toothpick to create a Marbled Effect. you could also choose blackberries to create the marbled top.
Step8: Allow to Cool about 30 minutes and then put into Fridge at least 4 hours before serving.

Wow, this looks great! I'm making a cheesecake tomorrow, my first time! It's a no bake recipe as our oven is awful for baking.

@Desidero, so glad you like them~!haha~ its simple making and do notice that this is not a no bake recipes, it needs to be put into oven baking for about 45-55 min (see step 7), but no worries, if you do like a no bake recipe, I suggest the Italian "Tiramisu" for you!~ some of my friends tried it and give it a tumb-up~ its really simple and you could decorate by blueberries, strawberries or even yoghurt ~ I recommend that for you, try it out~!haha,xx
