How to make a Easter Muffin- just put Easter Eggs on the top...

Forthcoming Easter is the most important day for the Christian's calenda. It is the celebration of the death and coming to life again of Jesus Christ. Also, it is the time for holidays, festivals and a time for giving chocolate Easter eggs...
But wait...there are some STRANGE CUSTOMS really shocked me... In Slovakia, on Easter Monday, it is the tradition to spank or whip women. In Finland, you will see children begging on the streets with broomstick. In Spain, people will parade down to the medieval town and perform a traditional  "Death Dance"...
In Britain, the custom also goes unusual but with a bit romantic, two men would be elected by town's new police at the Hocktide festival, and then parade through the streets giving women oranges in return for kisses...
The word "Easter"  means "dawn. It comes from the early German word "eostarun". This is fitting as Easter celebrates the early morning Resurrection of Jesus Christ on the first day of the week following his death by crucifixion on Good Friday.
The date of Easter changes every year. Easter usually comes in the month of April. In 2011, Easter begins on Good Friday 22nd April to Easter Monday 25th April 2011.
For Christians, the traditional custom  Easter is to giving eggs, which stands for celebrating new life. Many people use the day to decorate Easter eggs, share chocolate eggs and participate in Easter egg competitions.
What else? Yep!~And also we could just crack eggs and make a dessert...
There are many traditional Easter Desserts for this special day and they are symbolizing spring and fertility, such as:
Hot Cross buns, Easter Bunny cake,Carrot Cakes, Easter Simnel Cake...
